The Buddha Journal of Business Education and Research is devoted to publish research papers/ articles for academics and researchers to shares advances in business education and research and computer application theories and practices. The journal publishes original papers, technical eports, case studies, research notes, teaching cases, and commentaries. Contribution may be by submission or invitation, and suggestions for special issues and publications are welcome. The coverage of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the subjects like business administration, entrepreneurship, marketing and human resources, business innovation, organization theories, MIS, e-commerce, information system and technology, accounting, financial and banking system, operations management and computer applications and all areas of business education and research and development across the globe. The journal welcomes the submission of manuscript that meets the journal criteria of significance and scientific excellence.
